I have never been able to understand these updates, this is the visa we applied for so if I am reading this right it is only visa's lodged up to 15th July 2007 that have been allocated to CO but we applied on 14th August 2007 and got visa 1st July

So are these updates wrong or I am reading it wrong:goofy:

I know what you mean it says 175's e-lodged are being processed up to 21 November, we applied jan 08 and have a case officer. Not that i'm complaining.

They need to sort the email out!

Hi Gill

I don't think this is right.

I think they must be further on than this states because we applied 14th Aug have got our visa but according to this CO have only been allocated to those who have applied up to 15th July!!!

When did you lodge

We were "confirmed" as PAPER lodged (475 SIR) December 17th 07................I put a thread out but not had much response asking for other 475 SIR visa applicants to let me know when they PAPER lodged and if they had been allocated a case officer just to see if i could work out a pattern and maybe give me an idea where we "could" be in this never ending waiting game!!

Well I really think they are further on than this

I used to get these updates when we had a CO but it always stated dates earlier than when we lodged. In other words going by them we shouldn't have had our CO. Working out when we got our visa and this timeline they seem to be 2 months ahead of what this says -hope I am making sense here

Hope I am right too

It really does seem to be a hit or miss e-mail. We have been with a decision Maker since May but the e-mails now say we have gone to a case officer. The agent tells us to ignore these mails as they don't affect us now as we are with DC ! Thing is the DC seems to be on a long holiday !

Confused DOT Com !!!
