hola,started filling in the TRA stuff, but wondered what kind of price range i im looking at to get certified copies done.live in rotherham so any local knowledge would be mucho appreciated. thanks, dave

We have just passed the vetassess stage and we knew of a police officer who certified all our documents and we got him a bottle of wine to say thanks, but some other people did it through a solicitor and they got quotes rangeing from 50p - £2.00 per copy. Try and find someone on the certified list it is much cheaper and they dont have know you personally.

We have done my TRA and our solicitor usually charges £4.00 a signature...how ever we knew them so we got the lot...and there was loads for a fiver!!

 

I do know prices vary everywhere and you will prob ne best just to ring a few up where u are.

 

JP's are cheap, or possibly free i think!

hi there JPs are free to certify documents, as they are civil servants it is deemed "inappropriate" to charge - your council tax pays there wages (hehehehe)
