Visa approved......BUT

Hi all,

Well visa was approved yesterday:) only took one week (457)... Should be feeling really happy but can't get excited, coz house still not sold:arghh:

 

I have just dropped price by another 15k, please someone buy......

Oh well just have to plod on.... DO i RENT or keep trying to sell????? My mind is all over the place.... HELP

 

Can't even have a little vino to-night, on nights.. Have to have afew units to-morrow

That's brilliant Cara. A week.....!!!!! my god I bet you weren't prepared for that. How exciting though. As with the house some will say rent some will say sell. We HAVE to sell no choice and my Mom and Dad live here and nobody wants it with them in it

When do you have to validate them by?

Congratulations to you !

We got our 457 visa a few weeks ago and was nearly as quick.

We are in exactly the same boat as you.

My OH David has a job to go to asap, and we now fly out on the 12th January.

We have had our house for sale since July, and no joy.

However, have a viewer on Sunday so you never know.

Not prepared to give it away though Cara!

Other than that we will rent, which may not be a bad thing.

Thanks all.... Just got up (been on nights).. Got a viewer to-morrow night!!!!! Don't want to get excited, but sod it can't help it... Looks like day off spent cleaning... Fingers and toes crossed xxxxx

Thanks girls, but bloody es agents.... When i'd finally woken up i re rang them to ask what position the viewer was in...NOT EVEN SOLD THERE HOUSE YET, whats the point in viewing a property if you haven't even sold yours...So i told them to forget it, again i explained that i am after a quick sale, do they not listen...

Anyway had enough and have bitten the bullet, goona rent, sod it... I can't stop changing m mind but i am really goona stick to it this time!!!!!!!

 

Not very good at making big decisions, AM I!!!!

Sorry to hear that Cara. When do you think you will go over? I'm still waiting for confirmation of start date but the plan is still to book flights for the 12th Feb.
