Just joined tonight as found the site really helpful.

I am an HNC qualified Electronics engineer but most of my recent experience has been more electrical/mechanical/plc software.(service engineer on high speed packaging machinery)

Do you know if engineers australia are more interested in experience or qualifications. Not sure whether to apply as a mechanical engineer or electronics engineer.

 

Any advice greatly appreciated. Is there much work in this field in SA.
