I'm in the process of sponsoring my brother and his family to emigrate to Australia on a 176 visa. They have applied online so that meant I had to submit my side online too.

 

I've just submitted my info but it didn't ask me for my certified documents. Does my brother have to attach them his end?

Hi there.

 

Yes your brother has to do the uploading into his application. He should get a drop down box when uploading, to select which part of his application they refer to (ie. proof of relationship to sponsor). You can still scan them in though and email them to your brother to save some time.
