Do children need to fill in form 26 for a medical?

We have our medicals booked for Thursday 16th

As we are going on a 175 visa I know that ALL of us need to have a medical done but do the children (ages 2years, 1 year & 9weeks) need to fill in a form 26 like Wes & I do?

I have searched the immi sight but cant find an answer......

Help.

I case worse case scenario we'll just take them along for the boys any way, then if wedo need them then we have them if not then doesn't matter so much.

Hi I can't remember the name of the form but I had to fill in one for all of us , including kids. The only thing the kids didn't need was x-rays and blood tests.

Hi,

 

All applicants should undergo medical exam and fill in form 26. Your children must undergo general health exam and are not required to do blood tests and chest x-ray.
