If SA have confirmed sponsorship you need to apply for your visa to DIAC and then send your TRN reference which will be generated when you apply for the visa, to SA to let them know your application is in.

 

SA should then send Form 1100 over to DIAC letting them know that your sponsorhip is correct. They will email you to let you know they have done this.
