First Step Rentals?

Anyone used First Step rentals for their arrival accom? Just looking into it now and they seem to be very nice houses and fairly central/in an area we might consider moving to. Any thoughts?

Hi - yes we (two adults and 3 kids) used them last September for 6 weeks - we stayed at No. 13 - there are two house/bungalows next door to each other. Very nice - modern and clean with all the things you expect - internet connection / phone / aircon / heating etc.

 

Great location at Dover Gardens - 10 mins to beach, 5 minutes from Marion Shopping Centre and excellent connections to the CBD.

 

We would recommend them to anyone - allow yourselves plenty of time to find a rental - they were in short supply when we were looking to move on. Now settled happily in Aberfoyle Park.

Yes, we stayed there in house 2, last Oct for 2 weeks. Excellent location, mins from Brighton Beach and Jetty. Nice little supermarket up the road, turn left and over the roundabout...Foodland, and Marion Shopping Centre less than a mile, a really nice big Mall, with a big Woolworths Food Market. UK Family own it and run it from UK. We landed very early, but Sally, their UK Friend met us at the house and explained how everything worked etc. Big file in house with useful numbers. Very clean, modern, dont need to take anything! Small garden, but large accomodation. Safe area. Can contact Sally anytime for advice. Ten mins from airport. Would not hesitate to use them again, Penny

I know of others that have stayed there and they all say the same. I know Sally too she is a lovely lady!
