help me- sending documents after allocation of a case officer
Hi everybody out there
My case officer has requested a few documents, can i send these documents at
Because i dont have contact details of my C/O , i applied through agent but he is not competent enough and i cant part with him because my documents are with him.
When we got an email from the case officer there was a return e-mail address where to send copies of documents etc. this was to a specific dept. not a general address.hope this helps
forgot to say we didnt use a bandit.we did it ourselves
Did the case officer request the documents from you personally? or have they requested them from your agent? I expect it was from your agent and you have been requested to send them to your agent. From your other post I'm assuming your having issues with your agent? You need to deal with your agent. As far as I'm aware, all communication with DIAC is via your agent, DIAC do not contact you directly for documents, unless of course you are applying without an agent.
