Here we go again! Fixed rate Mortgages

Recommended Posts

It seems that Westpac are a law unto themselves when it comes to rate hikes.

They have just announced effective tomorrow that they will increase their Fixed rate home loans by between 0.20% - 0.25%.

This takes their 2 year fixed to 7.44% and their 5 year to 8.14%.

Will this give the other Banks the push to follow.
