Contributing to your super

I know that if you earn under a certain amount at the end of the financial year you can contribute to your super and the government will match it.

Does anyone know when you have to do this and how you go about it.

Nick, just be aware that they've changed the limits for what you may be eligible for in the recent Federal Budget...down from $1.50 to $1.00 matching

 

Not happy !

 

P.S. You (and others) may want to consider it if your partner is eligible or if you have kids that work and get super as well.
