If you want more information on the Australian housing market and enjoy reading economic articles :huh: then I recommend reading the blogs of the Unconventional Economist.

 

I have been following his articles for a while now and he has just finished his series on real estate where he analyses negative gearing, price bubbles, housing shortages, bank finance, debt levels, the GFC etc.

 

Very interesting reading, might shed a bit of light on things for people considering buying property.
