Being in Australia (and somewhat removed from things) I knew things were bad in Ireland but didn't realise they were this bad.

 

I know this isn't directly relevant to PIA, but it does say that because of the bankruptcy laws in Ireland more and more people are emigrating to avoid going to jail!

 

The videos on the link below are really sobering. It seems as if Ireland has suffered the worst from the GFC - and just shows how much damage an out of control property market can do. See
