ANZ's new interest rate review - Outcome
ANZ held it's first variable interest rate review today and the outcome from ANZ is to leave their variable interest rates unchanged.
ANZ have decided that they will now meet on the 2nd Friday of each month to assess and change if necessary their variable rates regardless of the outcome from the RBA's interest rate review held on the 1st Tuesday of each month.
As an aside Commonwealth Bank announced today that one of its variable rate mortgage products will have a rate increase as of Monday to new borrowers due to the impact of the cost of funding!!
