Making a will -any recommendations for a great lawyer?

We want to make a will that details exactly what should happen to our son in the event that both my husband and i die (very morbid!) i need a lawyer that can draw up a will that is legal here and in the uk. It would cover custody as well as financial issues so im looking for any recommendations

We have used Tindall Gask Bentley for Wills and Enduring Guardian/Powers of Attorney (saw Robert Warhurst). They are located in the CBD, Reynella, Mt Barker and have other offices throughout the State; have a solid reputation in legal circles, done some challenging cases and won't deplete your pocketbook too.

Not morbid, just sensible! We are keen to do the same thing for the same reason. It's on our list of things to do now we're here so I'm interested in reading any responses or recommendations, too.

We used Nicholls Gervasi, the Norwood branch and were very happy with the service and advice we received (although I suppose the only real test about how good it is, is when you die and it has to take effect!!!). As we are not married, the laws for some issues differ so we are glad we have it all in writing what we want to happen.

Another good option is Australian Executor Trustees who have been around for 125 years, give a discount if they serve as executors and for a basic will charge under $300. Discounted if they serve as executor. They also dont charge any rental to securely store will on site

I used Tindall Gask Bentley (Rob Warhurst) when I was about to undergo a double bypass and wanted to make sure that if I didn't make it that all would be legally sorted. He was brilliant, fixed it up in very short order for me. I'm just glad I can tell you all about it!

Beware this they usually charge by the hour for the executor services when the time comes and it comes out of the estate. You do not need them as executors. Your choice.
