Superannuation advice needed

Hello All,

 

We've recently moved over to Adelaide from the UK and loving it.

 

I'm about my first job next week and need to set up a superannuation fund.

 

Would anyone have any advice on setting up a fund and who to go with?

 

I'm looking at Australian Super but unsure what to look out for etc...

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Hi Matt,

 

Just compare the fees that the Super funds charge as these can eat into your overall fund.

There are plenty of decent super funds out there. Look at features including insurance options and salary continuance until age 65. Many only offer cover for 2 years only. This can be important as you have a young family. Plenty of the super fund websites have plenty of info on their various investment options etc...
