Savings accounts in oz

Hi, hubster and I are looking for accounts to put some money aside from our currenct accounts, want to open up an acc for our girls etc and just wondering wheres the best place to look at savings accounts out there available? Like in the uk they had moneysupermarket.com and it was so easy you just looked at the interest rates available and chose? Been to nab, theyre ok but want to get the full picture

I opened up 4 anz progress savers for my kids, I think they get 0.25% plus a bonus 5% if they don't withdraw and I control them so they can't withdraw!

check online banking such as Bankwest or Ubank. they usually has interest slightly better than the four "convensional ones" like Commbank, Westpac, ANZ or NAB.

And ING as well.... it's just a matter of calling round all of them to see who has the best rate..
