Can anyone recommend an accountant ?

We are moving to flagstaff hill in 3 weeks and are leaving a property in the uk which will be rented out. I'm going to need an accountant to sort the tax implications. Can anyone recommend one they have used ?

Our visa is a 176 skilled sponsored permanent . The property being let out is a commercial let .

Most Australian Accountants should be able to deal with the Australian tax side of things for you in this regard as any income will have to be declared here and then any allowable expenses deducted.

 

You may want to try Doug Booth (a member on here) of Southern taxation Services in Christies Beach, he is a Pom and a lot of members on here use him.

 

If you are referring to tax implications in UK then you will need a UK Tax Adviser and therefore Alan Collett (also a member on here) is qualified in both UK and Australia.
