I remember when we first arrived plots of land were $45,000 the same area now is $350,000 if only we had a crystal ball

A friend of mine was telling me a couple of years back when he first started working, he went to try to get a mortgage. He was only earning $50k salary at the time and they offered him $1,000,000 mortgage straight off!!!!
