Seminar First Home Buyer / Mortgages

Recommended Posts

Hi

On behalf of the Poms In Adelaide forum we will be running another first home buyer seminar for members who wish to understand a bit more about buying their first home here in Adelaide.

We have years of experience in assisting UK expats and more specifically PIA members to purchase their homes and have come across many different individual situations.

The presentation will be very informative and will cover:

  • How the mortgage process works in Australia
  • What grants are available as a First Home Buyer in Australia
  • How the buying process works
  • Costs involved in purchasing a home
  • How the building process works
  • What type of mortgages are available
  • Choosing the Bank/lender to suit you

I will also be on hand afterwards to answer any questions you may have.

The details of this presentation are as follows:

  • Date - Saturday 21 September 2013
  • Time - 10.30am
  • Location - Level 1 - 81 Fullarton Road, Kent Town SA 5067 (Professional Investment Services Offices)

The offices are a couple of minutes east of the City and the presentation will run for approximately 1 hour.

If you are interested in attending then please let me know by replying to thread, PMing or emailing me (email in signature), thanks.

Kind regards

Andy

Good morning.

I still have spaces available for this, so if anyone else is looking to come along please let me know.

The session is full of useful information for anyone looking to buy their first home here in Adelaide within the next 12 months.

There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions either throughout or after the presentation and I will run through a couple of case studies at the end to demonstrate how much money is required to cover costs and deposit etc.

Regards

Andy
