What are disadvantages of transferring pension if I return to uk?

Hi I am on a PR visa and am in the process of transferring my hard earned NHS pension. I am aware of the advantages of having my pension in Australia, such as full death benifits,tax free and flexibility with withdrawls, but, that if I return to the UK I will have to keep my pension in Australia.However, I am not sure of the disadvantages of drawing my pension in the UK should I return. Will I be taxed heavily etc etc.Not able to make the pension seminar being held, so can anyone who has been advice me on the above question?
