      Western Suburbs

Can anyone recommend an accountant in the western suburbs?

This is our first tax return and from reading everyones experiences would rather use an accountant at least first time.

      Thanks
      Arlene

We done ours for the first time last year and used E-Tax and found it pretty straight forward.
Gonna use E-tax again this year.

If your financial affairs are staightforward then there's no reason why you shouldnt be able to do everything using e-tax. Its quite simple and easy to use.

Even though you only worked for 8 weeks you will still have a number of personal allowances you could claim for, obviously you can only reduce your tax down to 0, but it might be worth having a look at the travel, clothing and other deductable expenses available to you if you need to reduce your taxable income to get all of your tax paid back.

      Cheers

When I did it through E-Tax it gave me the option to download all of my details which I did, then asked me a load of questions to which all the answers were "no". Easy.

But then again being 19 I've not got investment properties or dependents to worry about.
