there seems to have been a couple of threads started with member problems. Please can I ask that instead of starting threads you use the report feature instead. If members don't report something that has upset them how as admin/mods can we take action. So far this month we have had 2 genuine reported posts, one of which was about a new member who had just joined to flame another company. All the other reports are made by the mods dealing with spam issues.
I am not sure how many other forums our members are on, but I can assure you this is tame compared to most. There are some forums out there that kick off every 5 seconds.
You have to remember that this is a forum, people will have different views to you, people will argue their point, it doesn't make this a bad forum. You don't have to agree with what everyone else thinks, we wouldn't be normal if we did.

If a member gets under your skin so much you can use the ignore function that is built in to the forum.
You can reach this by going to Settings - My Account - Edit Ignore List
type the members name in there and it will stop you reading any further posts made by that member.
