Hi betty alan taylor her I run longer distances but also do a bit of track work to try and get the speed up and dont do to bad for a 14 stone 39 year old. :shock:
just wondered what club gricey runs for and what her age and time was for the 1500m as I want to join a club as soon as I get there in may.
