Anyone moving/moved to Adelaide from a big city?

Just curious. Did it seem miniscule to you at the start?

I've moved from London - and it's a yes and a no from me.

The CBD area is about the size of a walnut compared to Central London - it's freaky to drive through it in 5 -10 minutes even on busy working day.

But then again getting anywhere you need to drive. Be it to buy milk, pay a bill, or go to the cinema. This effort alone makes you realise how vast Adelaide is in size. Although in time it takes only a few minutes to get there, when you start totting up the Kms it's freaky.

I've now realised this is Australia and they have the space to do this though.
