Hi All
When I got home from work last night we had received our TRA back POSITIVE!!!! Hooray, panic over. Also we have sold our house and it isn't even on the market yet!!! I know we can't get our hopes up until they "sign on the line" but they are a young couple, 21 with a baby, and are friends of the family so they are as serious as they can be. They are seeing their mortgage adviser tonight and they all systems go!! They don't want to move in until end Jan, which suits us, as then we can hopefully, visa depending, ship our stuff straight to Oz without having to pay for storage here.
Hoping to be "there" by March 09. Good luck to everyone with houses still to sell, will keep everything crossed for you all.

That's brill news..and a huge hurdle to potentially have climbed i.e. the house sale..sounds like a happening thing eh.
