As a former Weight Watchers Leader, I asked this very question myself whilst on my reccie in August.

Yes there is WW in Adelaide, can't help you with the exact locations/venues, but they are there.

Have you tried the international WW Website for meetings in Adelaide?

      Probably see you there someday!

Yeah there are loads of class in each area! They are very similar to the UK classes my only slight gripe is that the Magazine isnt as good as the UK one for content!

The secret formula for calculating WW points is:

(kcalories divided by 70) + (saturated fat divided by 4).

If the label only shows total fat inside of saturated, divide that by 2 as a rough approximation of sat fat.

I've also got an Excel spreadsheet which does the sum for you and gives WW points values for loads of common (UK in particular) foods. It even has a graph to track your weight loss - works as I've been below goal for ages now.

PM me if you'd like a copy!
