I just wanted to recommend Andrew Williams from this site. After lots of dissapointment and ''computer says NO'' to any mortgage application we inquired about for the past year, Andrew found a bank who would say yes.

We had word this week that the mortgage is ready to go for the settlement of the land so however he does it a big THANKYOU Andrew and Stacy and a definate invite to our house warming once its up:)

I would 2nd that...Andrew sorted our mortgage after us only being here 4 months..the only thing we had to do was answer a few questions, Andrew even came to our house which is far from him to get the stuff signed
