Hi All

Just to share with everyone, we have just gone through the process of buying our first house in Oz, although we had done it all in the UK there are certain things over here that are different, for example, having to insure your house as soon as you sign the contract, even though you are not living in it yet!!!

Anyway we needed the usual mortgage and this process was made alot easier by using the services of Vista Financial Services, Andy Williams and his partner Stacey.

No matter what obstacles the ANZ came up with to make the process a stressful one, both Andy and Stacey were brilliant and answered all our questions no matter how silly or stupid we thought they were.

It certainly helps to have someone like them to reassure and guide you through what can be a financial minefield.

Thanks again Andy and Stacey and no doubt we will be bothering you again in the future.
