Hi, am currently renting a 3 bedroom house in Seacombe Gardens, and have just over 7 months contract on it left, am planning on moving solely because I have family coming to stay for quite a while with us, so my wife and children would not have the room to put them up otherwise. It is a lovely detached bungalow, and is partly furnished and is $350 per week. If interested in taking over the contract?
