mawson lakes home up for rent

im nearly up on my 1yr rental in my home in mawson lakes and looking for a family to take over as ive bought a new home and move in june. its a 3 bed house with on-suite in main bedroom and walk in wardrobe, bed 2-3 big rooms built in wardrobes also have shared bathroom off upstairs rumpas room. large family room in large kitchen, toilet off laundry room, large lounge (tv room) foxtel dish on roof, car port for 2 cars to side of house with access door.

main train line to city close by, school with-in 5 min walk and shops ,road very quiet very little traffic.

have spoken to agent and hopefully its going back on realestate.com.au in next couple of days the weekly rent is $400 for 6months will be cheaper if rented longer
