3/4 bed house rental, Glenalta, nr Blackwood

We are buying a really fab house in Blackwood and so will be giving up our 3/4 bed rental as from 21st June 09 with an 8 month lease still to run on it. It is hard to find less than a 12 month rental especially in this area.

The weekly rent is $420 which I know sounds a lot but having looked at what you get for less than $400 in this area is a reasonable amount. The road is quiet, neighbours are great (occasionally drag us into theirs for drinks etc)

 

The gardens are lovely and designed by a landscape gardener (the landlord) with a cubby house and "outdoor garden room", double garage and double car port. Great large kitchen dining, good size lounge and three decent sized bedrooms with a good size study/bed 4. All the house except kitchen and bathroom and utility have good quality new looking carpets. It is on realestate.com and there is an open afternoon Thurs 28th May. The address is 5 Miner Avenue, Glenalta.
