Yes it's quite chilly now here,especially of an evening,but not unbearable.Our Rental has no heating or Aircon,and the Summer WAS unbearable,so i would advise newcomers not to make the same mistake as us,(We are out of here ASAP)if you are renting you really should try to get one with Aircon,as your lovely Summer could become marred by not having it,Rentals don,t usually cost more because they have Aircon,Good Luck.
thats a good point, you never think of that when your looking at rentals. Fortunately ours had it, and thankfully we never had a power cut. It's ok being on holiday and having 30+ at night, but having to live, work, wash etc..... too hot.
You should always check if the rentals have reverse cycle airconditioning as it can get very cold at night in winter and bloody hot in summer, especially if you are not used to Adelaide dry summers of 40c plus and night time especially when you are tired.
