House to rent from September

Just to let you know that due to the fact we have bought a house the place we are currently will become available in early to mid September. We are paying $290 a week.

 

We are in a 4 bedroomed house with an ensuite plus a second bathroom and toilet. Large secure garden, in a nice cul de sac with some friendly children in it, almost next door to a child care centre and a primary school (Woodend for those looking on the internet).

 

We are twenty mins from the CBD, 10 mins from Marion centre with its 40 screen cinema and also 10 mins from Noarlunga. Five mins to the beach in Hallett Cove. Glenelg ia 15 min drive away and Brighton 10 mins.

 

We are paid up to 4th September so will be available shortly after that. The agent is LJHooker.

hi to everyone

need help myself and my family are moving to adelaide in nov need to sort out furnished 2/3 bed rental preferably in the flaggstaff area dont know were to start,are you able to sort this out before you go or is it better to sort when we get there if so how long would it take,any help or advice greatly received.
