We will be moving out of our rented unit in Seacliff on Sunday August 30 into a house because we need a bit of extra space (and want fabulous sea views!).

It is a 2.5 bedroom unit in a group of 3, with a garage big enough for a small car (or all your junk!), excellent reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning, recently refurbished throughout with polished wooden floors, modern fixtures and fittings, including wooden blinds and classy ceiling fans. The main bedroom has its own ensuite, and the main bathroom (next to 2nd bedroom and toilet) has a corner bath and a cupboard laundry (i.e. hidden). Private spacious weather-proof courtyard and all-weather washing line.
It is convenient for train (station is across the road), beach and 5 minutes drive from Hallett Cove and Marion shopping centres. Also easy access to Brighton and Hove supermarkets.
