Hi is anyone breaking lease on their 3/4 bed property, we are moving over on the 31 Aug and staying at Roo Rentals for 2 weeks so we would like to start moving furniture in etc from about 7 Sept or even earlier, we would be willing to pay 6 months rent up front, Just finding it hard to secure rental from the UK, their will be 7 of us altogether and we are in a 3 bed at the moment.
