I just wanted to know if anyone has bought a house before their arrival in OZ.

 

I've seen a house that I love, great land, good sized house.

 

An aussie friend of mine has already viewed it and agent confirms that they will drop the price by $85000, it's too good to pass up.

 

Also house is in area called Magill, which we love, and would be great to move straight into your own home, without messing around with rentals.

 

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
