Anyone breaking lease on rental in Hallett Cove/Sheidow Park area???

We are living with friends at the moment in Hallett Cove and are trying to find a rental. Is anyone breaking lease or know of any coming up in the next few weeks for rental?? Hallett Cove or Sheidow Park Areas!!

 

Any info would be great!

Hi we are not so much as breaking our lease but just moving out, our lease ends 26 oct but we plan to move out 3 oct weekend, the house is 3 bed in woodcroft its $290 pw and $1740 deposit which equates to 6 wks rent. hope this helps. let me know if you are interested and could put you in touch with our letting agent.

Our rental is up and ready to be let in Christies beach, only 7 or 8 minutes from hallet cove.

4 bed 2 bathroom and parking for 2 cars.

Its a good size house and is being let by residential lettings in hallet cove.
