Rental wanted Brighton, Seacombe Gdns, or Mitchell park etc

Am fed up of looking for a rental on Realestate website, just wondering if anyone out there has a house they are going to rent out soon.

Am looking for a three bedroomed house in any of the following areas - Seacombe Gardens, Seacliff, Hove, Glenelg, Marion, or Mitchell Park or surrounding areas, preferably with air conditioning, and priced under $340.

Myself, my partner and two children (no pets) are currently renting in Seacombe Gdns and are tenancy is up soon, so am really hoping to secure something soon.

If you know of anything please keep me in mind. Thanks a million.

Do you have any photo's of the house and more info on the rent etc? we'll be arriving on the 29th Oct and will be looking for a longer rental and this is an area that although we didn't look at to start with we have started to consider.
