We have now bought our own property and so the rental property is being marketed as available from 12 October 2009 for $315/wk. It may be possible for a new tenant to take over our lease ie. only be tied in for the balance of about 3 months, otherwise it is a standard 12mth contract. It's no big deal if you need to break the contract (as we have) just a couple of hundred dollars re-advertising costs.
