Rental Needed

Hello

 

Does anyone know anyone who is breaking a lease or a friend or neighbour renting their house out.

 

I am looking for a four bed with garage for my husbands pride and joy, air con etc in Christies Beach, Woodcroft, Noaralunga areas. Needs to be available end of November.

 

Got 2 shortlisted off real estate.com but was looking for some more as you never know what is coming up.

Hi Michelle,

 

We're actually breaking our lease within 2 weeks. We have a 3 bedroom x 2.5 bathroom townhouse located on Penzance Avenue, Christies Beach, with double garage with automatic roller doors. Low maintenance gardens with succulent plants. Main bedroom is upstairs with views of the ocean, and a walk in robe. The ensuite that has a his and her sinks, large wall mirror and large shower. The kitchen with ample cupboards and drawers, and main living area are upstairs that open up with one double sliding door and another single sliding door to the wooden balcony that also has ocean views. The kitchen also features a dumb waiter that enables you to get your shopping from the garage upstairs and into your fridge. Upstairs also features a separate toilet and basin which is great when you're entertaining and do not want guests to use your ensuite.

 

Down stairs are the 2 bedrooms, both with double mirrored build in robes, as well as separate toilet and bathroom that contains a shower and bath tub. The laundry is concealed underneath the stairs behind double white doors which joins to a spare open room that leads to a sliding door that leads you to the back yard.

 

A quick 4 minute walk to the beach, close to schools. shops and public transport, this townhouse, priced at $370/week is a great place to live in, especially as it is under 3 years old.
