Cheap Accomodation April 2010 for a month

Hello everyone

 

Hoping someone may well be able to help us, we are coming to SA April 2010 for a month & wondered if any one knows of a cheap hotel or motel that we can stay in for upto a month? We have family that we can stay with but we also have an 8 year old & 5 year old so feel we shouldn't burden the relatives too much

Where do your family live and how far / close do you want to be to them ??

Bear in mind that it's school holidays here from 1st to 19th April (roughly) so it does depend on what you mean by "cheap"! You could try a cabin at one of the camp sites, but as I say, you'll be in competition with everyone who wants somewhere to stay during Easter hols! You should budget for at least $700 a week I reckon for a family of four that time of year.

We get into Adelaide for 20th April so will miss the holidays. Ours relatives are in Craigmore, we will hire a care so not overly worried about being on their doorstep. OH needs to go into recruitment agencies & building companies so as near to Adelaide would be good - we are pretty flexible, any ideas would be very welcome, thanks for your help guys
