Oaa vs Short term let

Hi

 

Just starting to fill in OAA paperwork and state on there about arranging a short term let in case there are no oaa's available.

Has anybody had this problem?

Has anybody booked short term , got an oaa and not got their deposit back.

Has anybody stayed in the Timeball Apartments in Semaphore?

Sorry feeling a bit thick about this as the mo as trying to fill in removal forms as well and they all want arrival addresses:arghh: really annoying me - need a vat of wine

It is obviously a real gamble when you apply for OAA.

 

I doubt if you would get your deposit back at short notice from short term lets.

Hard for them to refill at short notice.:):)
