The place looks fantastic and good on you for trying to sell it on your own! I did a WEA course earlier this year on Selling Your Own Home and it was very interesting. Check out http://www.owner.com.au they provide a free listing if you only post one photo - it will give you some coverage but I am not sure how successful they are. doesn't hurt to try.
