Need rental early Feb

Hey Guys,

 

Me and the mrs are looking for a 2 bedroom rental (min 6 months) for the beggining of feb. North Adelaide would be great or just somewhere roughly that distance from the city.

We looked in that area (North Adelaide) for rentals, and there were plenty around. Use www.realestate.com.au , the postcode is 5006 for North Adelaide.

 

We ended up in Norwood which may also be somewhere you consider - we regularly walk to/from the CBD (25 minutes or so) or there are buses every 10 minutes or so. Again there were lots of places available when we were looking (October 09) Postcode for Norwood is 5067.

Hi

 

We currently rent a 2 bed townhouse in the city - just off Hutt Street. Easy walk into the city about 5-10 mins and close to pubs, restuarants etc

 

We both work in the city so have found the location great. There is a big kitchen / diner downstairs with laundry and second WC. Then upstairs there is a big lounge, two bedrooms and toilet and bathroom. It has a carport with space for 1 car and a paved yard. The only reason we are breaking the lease is because we have a baby on the way and now need 3 bedrooms. We pay $340 a week.
