We've just brought a house and as a result, will have to break the lease on our rental in Seacliff.

The house is five minutes walk from Seacliff train station, the beach and a very good primary school.

It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unfurnished place with evap air-conditioning and a large kitchen / family room.

Rent will be around $400 a week and is available from the 12th February rather than previous post of 5th March.

Congrats on buying your own place. I would encourage anyone wanting to rent in Adelaide on this side of town to take a look at your rental. Seacliff certainly costs more than the outer suburbs, however the schools are good and you are paying for location and therefore lifestyle. It is like being on holiday all year round. And you don't need to check out the tyre marks on the road because there won't be any! Very very occasionally some one will try to leave rubber near the Seacliff Hotel at the roundabout, but that is about it. Margaret
