We have a traditional house for private rental, there is no agent involved and it is available for a maximum of 4 months from Monday 31/05/10. It is a lovely 3 bedroom house just off Marion road, 10 km from the city and 4 km from the very picturesque Brighton beach. The house is on the major train and bus links into the city and close to the Westfield shopping mall. There are open aspects to the front of the house looking onto local parkland which ensures that it is a very quiet location. There is also a private garden to the rear with a large shaded outdoor area.
