I am posting on behalf of one of my current guests. He and his family have come over from Russia and are finding it extremly difficult to secure an unfurnished rental.

 

They are a family of 4 (2 teenage girls) and are looking for a 2 bedroom place between $250 and $300 a week. They are willing to pay 6 months up front as the husband is yet to find work. A 6 month contract will surfice due to this reason.
