can't comment on the whole of the area, only 1 street where a party animal lives all night parties ( but that can happen in any suburb how ever nice it is) will try and findout the street for you so you can avoid it! ;)

It's got good access to things, you want to look at the lay of the land there are some steep parts in there, i don't think you will get much trouble from the prison's. You may not want to be too close to Grand junction Road as it's a busy one.

The school down the road is supposed to be very good.
