I Own a large letting agency in the Uk but am moving to Gawler in June and will be renting to start off with. I am interested in the various comments on this thread re making sure the house is spotless for a periodic inspection. What difference does it make to anyone whether there is dust or dirty marks - the only time that this should be a consideration should be at the end of the lease. What can the landlord do if you haven't left it clean for the inspection? Obviously my only experience is in the UK but would be interested to hear anyone's comments on this.
